Hi, I’m Malori

I‘ve run a profitable business for over a decade and in that time, I’ve found many snake oil sales-women (and men!) offering business advice with no backing in reality, no lived experience, and no actual results.

The term “starving artist” makes me see red. Here at Hi Frank, we’ll dive into the back end of your business to get your pricing right, help you establish boundaries, define your offerings, and develop a business that lets you eat.

  • I’m Malori Maeva. I come from a family of entrepreneurs; my maternal grandma owned and operated a dance studio for over 60 years (they’re still around to this day!), my maternal grandfather flipped many retail spaces and ran a successful contracting business, and my dad owned/operated a commercial construction company for 30 years. Entrepreneurship is in my DNA. My business, Form Floral, is 12 years old and we currently have a team of 6 talented designers that create floral art for events and weddings in the Phoenix area. I’ve got a degree in marketing and over a decade of lived experience that I’m bringing to the table to help you take your business from chaos to success.

  • My expertise is in the following areas but if you’ve got a problem that isn’t on the list, schedule a discovery call with me and we’ll see if we’re the right fit!

    • Brand strategy including website audit, copywriting audit, and social media audit

    • Creating business boundaries

    • Creating systems & processes

    • Running an event-based floral business - sales, processes, writing recipes, creating production schedules, pricing for profitability, logistics for installations and delivery days, mechanics for design, flower ordering, inventory sourcing, and soooo much more

    • Starting a business - let’s work together to build a solid foundation and turn your idea into a functioning company’s

  • I find that I’m most helpful for folks that fit into the following categories:

    • The ideation phase: you know what you wanna do and you want help building a cohesive brand for a big launch

    • Folks with teams of 10 or fewer employees

I have extensive experience in service-based businesses in the event industry but I’ve worked with florists, restaurants, rental companies, wine shops, candle companies, and more!
